The IRONSTAR Omega profile roll forming machine ensures high-quality metal forming with robust components. Its rollers are made from 45# steel with a 0.05mm chrome coating, polished and hard-plated for smooth operation and longevity. The molds feature polished surfaces and heat treatment, keeping the plate surface smooth and resistant to marks during stamping.
This machine adopts hydraulic drive and automatic location for accurate dimensioning and cutting. Blades are crafted from Cr12 steel with quenching treatment for enhanced durability. A puncher mould, positioned before the cutter, allows logo punching as per customer needs—supporting digital numbers or photos on flat surfaces across various products.
